Cleaning up an organization or a company is nothing unusual. The unexpected is to do it quickly and in a shocking way. Of course, it may be necessary to review organizations sometimes. However, misestimates are still made about exactly how many people are needed for what – and who really has the skills for what gives results. Unfortunately, cleanings are often done more by employee number and position instead of who delivers what. It is easy to miss the valuable and it will be noticeable later on when you have scraped off what you consider to be ”unnecessary”.
